Chia Seed Sugar-Free Raspberry Jam

IMG_2579

Making jam is something I used to enjoy doing and loved eating but when trying to avoid processed white sugar – traditional jam that is loaded with sugar just does not make the cut. This is an easy recipe that calls for only 4-5 ingredients. A small batch will keep in your fridge for a couple weeks or if you have lots of raspberries you can make more and freeze, so you’ll always have some jam to enjoy all winter!
